Add 2 oz Bourbon, 0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth, and 1 dash Angostura bitters to a mixing glass with ice.

Stir until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Top with 1 oz Champagne.

Garnish with an Orange Twist placed neatly across the edge or lightly over the drink.
