Chrysanthemum

Add the 2.5 oz Dry Vermouth, 0.5 oz Benedictine, and 1 tsp Absinthe to a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir until well chilled and properly diluted, about 20–25 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Express the orange twist over the surface of the drink to release its oils, then place it on the rim or drop it into the glass.
