Ciderhouse Old Fashioned

In a mixing glass, combine 2.5 oz Bourbon, 0.5 oz Apple Cider Syrup, and 2 dashes Angostura bitters.

Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled, about 30 seconds.

Strain into an old fashioned glass over one large ice cube.

Twist the Orange Wedge over the drink to release oils and drop it in.

Garnish with apple slices.
