Steps

Muddle a slice of fresh peach in the bottom of a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice, then add the 1.5 oz Light Rum, 1.5 oz Peach Schnapps, fresh 0.5 oz Lime Juice and 0.25 oz Simple Syrup.

Shake well until thoroughly chilled.

Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with a sprig of mint and a peach wedge.
