Flower Drop

Chill a coupette or cocktail glass.

Add 1 oz Elderflower Liqueur, 1.5 oz Vodka, 0.75 oz Lemon Juice and 0.5 oz Simple Syrup into a shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Fine strain into the chilled coupette glass.

Express a twist of lemon peel over the drink and discard the peel, then (optionally) garnish with edible flowers.
