Using a bowl and whisk, whip the 2 oz Heavy Cream until soft peaks begin to form.

Fill a glass or toddy mug with boiling water, let it sit for a minute or two, then dump out the water.

Pour the 1.5 oz Irish Whiskey and 0.75 oz Demerara Syrup into the warmed mug, then slowly add the hot brewed 3 oz Coffee while stirring continuously.

Carefully spoon all the whipped cream on top of the drink.
