Steps

Chill a rocks glass.

Add 1.5 oz Amaretto, fresh 0.7 oz Lemon Juice, 0.5 oz Simple Syrup, 1 Egg White, and 3 dashes Angostura bitters to a shaker without ice and dry shake to emulsify the 1 Egg White.

Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.

Strain into the chilled rocks glass.

Slowly pour the 0.5 oz Red Wine over the back of a spoon to float it on top of the drink.
