DeGroff takes the recipe straight off the Marie Brizard Apry bottle but adds orange bitters and a flamed orange zest coin — two small touches the original label recipe never included — that sharpen the citrus and add aromatic depth to what was otherwise a simple gin-and-apricot pour.
