Steps

Muddle Strawberries in the base of a shaker.

Add 2 oz Vodka, 1.5 oz Lemon Juice, and 0.75 oz Simple Syrup, then add ice.

Shake until well chilled.

Fine strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice.

Top with 1.25 oz Club Soda and briefly stir.

Garnish with half a strawberry.
