Steps

In a mixing glass, muddle Strawberries, jalepeño slices, and Mint leaves with 0.5 oz Simple Syrup until well combined.

Add 2 oz Bourbon and 0.5 oz Lemon Juice, then fill the mixing glass with ice.

Stir until well-chilled.

Strain into a rocks glass (or julep cup) filled with crushed ice.

Garnish with a Strawberries, jalepeño slices and Mint sprig.
