Rinse a rocks glass with 1 dash Mezcal by swirling a dash and discarding the excess.

Add 2 oz Reposado Tequila, 1 oz Honey Syrup, and 0.75 oz Lemon Juice into a shaker with ice.

Shake until well chilled.

Strain into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice.

Float 2 dashes Angostura bitters on top.

Garnish with a lemon peel.
