Steps

Rim a chilled martini glass with 0.75 oz Raspberry Liqueur and dip it in red Sugar.

Pour half of the 0.75 oz Raspberry Liqueur into the bottom of the prepared glass.

In a shaker filled with ice, combine 1.5 oz Vodka and the remaining 0.75 oz Raspberry Liqueur and shake until well chilled.

Strain into the prepared martini glass over the base layer.

Top gently with sparkling wine to create a layered effect.
