Description

Brothers Anthony and Thierry work together managing the cellar and the vineyard, keeping their grandfather's legacy alive. This wine is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc that is harvested from less than one hectare of all of their vines. Grown on clay-silt soils and aged in underground vats, this light-bodied white is soft and delicate with tasting notes of ripe citrus and a hint of white flowers and sugar snap pea. Enjoy as an aperitif or with a lean fish dish.
