If you have created an account in the Tipsy app and wish to delete your data, you may do so at any time by following the steps below:
1Option 1: In-App Request
- 1Open the Tipsy app.
- 2Navigate to your Profile.
- 3Tap on Settings.
- 4Select Delete My Account and confirm the action.
⚠️ This will permanently remove your account data from our servers.
2Option 2: Email Request
You may also request deletion by emailing us at support@tipsyapp.co with the subject line:
"Data Deletion Request"
Please include the email address or username associated with your account so we can locate and remove your data.
Important Information
Processing Time
In-app deletions are processed immediately. Email requests are typically processed within 30 days.
Data Recovery
Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have backed up any important information.
