Simple Syrup

Chill a coupe or Nick & Nora glass.

Add 2 oz Akvavit, 0.75 oz Lemon Juice, 0.75 oz Simple Syrup and 1 Egg White to a shaker.

Dry shake if using 1 Egg White, then add ice and shake again until well chilled.

Strain into the chilled glass.

Garnish with a lemon twist.
