Steps

Add 2 oz Brandy, 1 oz Passion Fruit Puree, 0.75 oz Lime Juice, 0.5 oz Simple Syrup, and 1 Egg White to a shaker.

Dry shake without ice to emulsify the 1 Egg White.

Add ice to the shaker and shake well until chilled.

Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish with a passion fruit half.
