Combine the 1.5 oz Calvados, 1.5 oz Dubonnet Rouge, and 2 dashes Orange Bitters in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Stir well for approximately 30 seconds until the drink is thoroughly chilled.

Strain the mixture into a chilled Nick & Nora or coupe glass.

Express the oils from a lemon twist over the surface and drop it into the glass.
