In a saucepan, gently heat the 6 oz Apple Cider until steaming but not boiling.

Meanwhile, whip 0.25 oz Heavy Cream with a small amount of 1.5 oz Calvados until it holds soft peaks.

Add 1.5 oz Calvados and 0.25 oz Sugar to the hot cider and stir to dissolve the 0.25 oz Sugar.

Pour the hot mixture into a warmed glass or mug.

Top with the whipped cream mixture.

Garnish with a cinnamon stick (and a dusting of cinnamon) if desired.
