Heat 4 oz Apple Cider in a small pot or kettle until steaming, not boiling.

Add 2 oz Brandy and 1 tsp Sugar to a heatproof mug.

Pour in hot cider and stir gently until 1 tsp Sugar dissolves.

Garnish with Apple Slices and a Cinnamon Stick. Add lemon wedge if desired.
