Gin Martini

Combine the 2 oz Gin and 0.75 oz Dry Vermouth in a mixing glass with ice and stir until well chilled.

Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.

Express the lemon twist over the drink and set it on the edge of the glass, or garnish with an olive.
