Grasshopper

Combine the 1 oz Crème de Menthe, 1 oz Créme de Cacao, 1 oz Heavy Cream, and Mint leaves in a shaker with ice and shake until well chilled.

Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe.

Place a Mint leaf on top of the drink.
