Combine the 1.5 oz Cognac, white crème de cacao, and 1 oz Heavy Cream in a shaker with ice and shake well — a bit longer than usual to ensure proper dilution.

Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a few fresh grates of nutmeg over the top.
