Steps

Place the 0.5 oz Orange Marmalade and 0.25 oz Simple Syrup in the base of a shaker and stir to start dissolving the marmalade.

Add 2 oz Gin, 0.5 oz Lemon Juice, and 1 dash Orange Bitters.

Fill shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.

Fine strain into a chilled coupé or cocktail glass.

Express a twist of orange peel over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
