Smoked Old Fashioned

Add 2 oz Bourbon, 0.25 oz Simple Syrup, and 3 dashes Orange Bitters to a rocks glass. Fill with a large ice cube and stir gently to chill and dilute slightly.

Garnish with an Orange Twist and Maraschino Cherries.

Using a cocktail smoking kit, cover the glass, add wood chips to the grate, ignite, and let the smoke infuse for 15 seconds.

Remove the lid and serve immediately.
