Rinse a rocks glass with 1 dash Mezcal and discard the excess.

In a mixing glass, stir 2 oz Bourbon, 0.33 oz Honey Syrup, aromatic bitters, and 1 dash Black Walnut Bitters with ice.

Strain into the prepared rocks glass over a large ice cube.

Express a sage leaf over the drink and use as garnish.
