Violet Sky

Combine the 1.75 oz Gin, 0.75 oz Lime Juice, 0.5 oz Crème de Violette, and 0.5 oz Italicus Rosolio Di Bergamotto in a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the exterior is well-chilled.

Fine strain the mixture into a chilled goblet or large coupe glass.

Garnish with a sprig of dried lavender or an edible purple flower.
