Winter Sweater Cocktail

In a mixing glass, combine the 0.5 oz Maple Syrup and 0.5 oz Hot Water, stirring until fully integrated to create a maple simple syrup.

Add the 1.5 oz Applejack and 0.25 oz Angostura bitters to the mixing glass.

Fill the glass with ice and stir for approximately 30 seconds until the mixture is very cold.

Strain the cocktail into a chilled coupe glass or an old-fashioned glass with a large ice cube.

Express the oils from a long strip of Orange Twist over the surface and drop it into the glass.
