Steps

Combine the 1.5 oz Tawny Port, 1 oz Cognac, 0.25 oz Simple Syrup, and 1 Whole Egg in a shaker without ice and shake vigorously to emulsify.

Add ice and shake again until well chilled.

Double strain through a fine mesh strainer into a chilled coupe.

Garnish with a few fresh grates of nutmeg over the top.
