Combine 1 oz Dark Rum, 1 oz Coffee, 1 oz Sugar, Lemon Twist, 1 Cinnamon Stick, and 3 Coffee Beans in a flameproof bowl or pot.

Warm over low heat until 1 oz Sugar dissolves.

Carefully ignite the surface with a long match.

Let it burn for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Extinguish the flame by covering or stirring.

Ladle into heatproof mugs and serve hot.
