In a punch bowl, combine the 16 oz Rum, 16 oz Whiskey, 16 oz Ginger Liqueur, 16 oz Apple Juice, 8 oz Water, and Habanero Bitters.

Stir gently to mix all ingredients.

Add a large block of ice or ice as desired to chill the punch.

Just before serving, pour in the bottle of 1 Bottle Champagne.
