Combine the 2 oz Vodka, 1 oz Créme de Cacao, 0.33 oz Hazelnut Syrup, and 1 oz Single Cream in a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the exterior is frosted.

Fine strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass.

Garnish by balancing a small piece of hazelnut chocolate on the rim of the glass.
