Created in 2001 by British bartender Wayne Collins while working in France, the White Negroni swaps Campari and sweet vermouth for Suze and Lillet Blanc. The result is a lighter, floral, and gently bitter twist on the classic Negroni, with French elegance and a golden hue. Popularized in the U.S. after Suze’s 2012 import, it’s now considered a modern classic.
