Add 0.75 oz Light Rum, 0.75 oz Dark Rum, 0.5 oz Demerara Rum 151, 0.5 oz Lime Juice, 0.5 oz Grapefruit Juice, 0.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup, 0.25 oz Falernum, 1 dash Angostura bitters, and 6 dashes Pernod into a blender with 1/2 cup crushed ice.
