In a pot, combine 16 oz Red Wine, 0.5 oz Brandy, 1 oz Orange Juice, 1 oz Simple Syrup, cinnamon sticks, 3 Star Anise, and 4 Cloves.

Warm gently over medium heat until steaming but do not allow to boil.

Once warm, reduce heat to low and let the mixture infuse for about 15 minutes.

Strain the spiced wine into heat-proof mugs or a serving vessel.
