Preheat oven to 300 °F (150 °C).
Make several incisions in the rind of each orange and stud them with 24 Cloves.
Roast the citrus in the oven until softened and aromatic (about 75–90 minutes).
In a saucepan, combine 8 oz Water, 0.13 oz Cinnamon, 0.13 oz Mace, 0.13 oz Allspice, and sliced 0.13 oz Ginger; simmer and reduce by half.
In a separate pot, warm port and 12 oz Red Wine gently (do not boil).
Add the roasted citrus and clove-studded oranges into the warm wine mixture, stir gently.
Cover and allow to infuse for about 10 minutes off heat.
Remove solids (strain or fish out citrus and spices).
Stir in 2 oz Brown Sugar until dissolved.
Serve hot in warmed mugs or a punch bowl.
