Baltimore Eggnog

Beat the egg yolks with the 12 oz Sugar until the mixture is creamy.

Grate Grated Nutmeg into the yolk mixture and mix thoroughly.

Add the 12 oz Rum and 6 oz Madeira wine to the yolk mixture and stir well.

Whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Fold the egg whites gently into the yolk and spirit mixture.

Slowly stir in the 96 oz Milk until fully combined.

Chill the mixture in a punch bowl and serve with freshly grated Grated Nutmeg on top.
