Brew strong 16 oz Black Tea and let it cool.

In a large punch bowl, combine the 16 oz Light Rum, 16 oz Cognac, 16 oz Bourbon, 16 oz Black Tea, 12 oz Lemon Juice, and 12 oz Simple Syrup.

Stir well to fully integrate.
